PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in removing evaporated vapor mists by collecting the falling liq. droplets separated from gas in a demister, discharging the droplets to the outside of a vessel without returning the droplets into a processing soln., and reducing the load of the demister. CONSTITUTION:In the waste liq. concentrator 4 including the wire-mesh demister 11 in its flash chamber, a beveled tray 10 for separating liq. droplets in the evaporated vapor and collecting the falling liq. droplets separated from gas by the demister 11 is provided in an evaporation chamber 8 bellow the demister. A discharge pipe 9 for collecting the falling liq. droplets and discharging the droplets to the outside of the waste liq. concentrator 4 is furnished to the tray 10. Consequently, the load of the demister is reduced, and the efficiency in removing the evaporated vapor mists is improved. Moreover, the deposition of the impurities on the demister, on the inside of the vessel is prevented, and the waste diameter washing water can be discharged to the outside.
