PURPOSE:To lock a shutter surely at a closed position even if a temp. fuse is fused by installing an engaging part which locks a shutter at the closed position in co-operation with a projected stopper placed on a ventilating flame, on a primary lever. CONSTITUTION:In ventilating operation condition, generated flame causes to fuse a temp. fuse 36 by heat and remove mutual fixation between No.1 lever 28 and No.2 lever 34. Therefore, even is a pull-down plate 40 is locked at a pull-down position, a shutter 26 which is lowering the lever 28 by its self-weight and the energized force of a tension coil spring 30 rotates downward to close an opening part at the outdoor D side of an outer flame 21 and the lever 28 rotates around the pin 29 on an upper shutter 26 as a rotating center and the engaging piece 33 of the lever 28 contacts with or faces the upper face of a stopper 32 with a certain gap. Thereby, the flap of the shutter 26 is prevented to be kept in locking. In the operation stop time, the shutter 26 is primarily locked in a closed position.
