HOT WATER AND WATER MIXING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent such a case where the boiling water is discharged or the temperature level is unstable when the discharge of the hot water is started, by transmitting the drive stopping signal to an electric driver for a mixing valve from a closure detecting means when a switch lever is operated at the closure side and fixing the position of a mixing valve. CONSTITUTION:A closure detecting means 34 is provided with a reed switch 33 and a magnet 35 attached to a switch lever 32 and detects that the position of a switch valve 31 is set at a position where the injection of the mixed water is stopped. The switch 33 works when the switch lever 32 is set at the closure side. Thus the drive of an electric driver 25 is stopped and a mixture valve 21 is fixed. Thus the opening area is fixed with a hot water path 15 and a water path 16 to prevent such a case where the boiling water is discharged and the temperature level is unstable when the hot water is discharged. This secures again the hot water discharging state set before the drive of the driver 25 is stopped.
