发明名称 NON-CONTACT TYPE ACTUATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize smooth operation with a compact structure by a method wherein a moving element is held in non-contact condition by the magnetic forces of the attracting poles in linear motor poles and propulsion and posture control of the moving element are performed by the magnetic forces of propulsion guide poles and auxiliary magnets. CONSTITUTION:A moving element 4 is attracted by the magnetic forces of the attracting poles in linear motor poles 2 provided above and beneath the moving element 4 so as to face both surfaces of the moving element 4 and held in non-contact condition. Auxiliary magnets 3 are provided for controlling the posture of the moving element 4 in a horizontal plane. Propulsion guide poles are provided in the linear motor poles 2 and the moving element 4 is propelled by exciting those poles.
