PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut out the electric power source and signals to a remote controller and an outdoor control circuit rapidly when a mistaken wiring or a short-circuit occurs during wiring operation by operating a rest circuit by inputs to a voltage detecting circuit and a current detecting circuit and changing over the voltage level at the output terminal of this rest circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an electric power source is connected with a mistaken wiring in the wires to a remote controller 11 and an outdoor machine control circuit 13, a current detector circuit 23 outputs excess current detection signal, and by this output a transistor 24 is turned on and the voltage of the input terminal of a reset circuit 18 becomes zero volt, and its output becomes 'H', inputting reset signal to the reset terminal of a microcomputer 20. Then a transistor 19 turns on, and 'L' signal is inputted to a cut-off circuit 21, and its output signals are all acute angle'. As a result of this, an electric power source to the remote controller 11 and a signal line to the circuit 13 become 'H' by a buffer 22, and the electric power source to the remote controller 11 and the signal wire to the circuit 13 are electrically cut off.
