PURPOSE:To increase the dimensional accuracy of a product and to simplify the device by applying a waveform forming force to the center part of the roll for forming via the roll for back-up having such groove part as engaging with the projection line provided on the surface of a pair of rolls for forming. CONSTITUTION:The rolls 2a, 2b for backup are held in parallel to the roll for forming at the upper and lower of the rolls 1a, 1b for forming which numerously provide in parallel to the roll shaft the projection line for forming on the surface of a cylindrical roll. The rolls 2a, 2b are made so that the outer peripheral diameter becomes larger than the center diameter and the groove line which can fit to the projection line on the surface of the rolls 1a, 1b for forming is formed on the surface as well. The corrugated sheet of good dimensional accuracy can be obtd. by using the rolling device of this composition.
