PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of magnetic field coupling between an input/output conductor and a dielectric resonator by providing a shield cylinder shielding the input/output conductor of a filter turnably respectively in terms of high frequency magnetic field and drilling a coupling window (long hole) on the surface along an axial line. CONSTITUTION:The shield cylinders 6, 7 of the same structure shielding the input conductors 1, 5 respectively in terms of high frequency magnetic field are provided. One end of the cylinder 6 is fitted freely to a bearing 12 providing concentrically to the input conductor 1a on a front panel of the case 2 fitted with an input plug 1a, the lengthwise direction of the cylinder shields the input conductor 1 concentrically in terms of high frequency magnetic field, the other end is fitted freely turnably to the back plate and the end is connected to a knob 10. A long hole coupling window 8 is drilled to the center surface of the cylinder 7 along the axial line. Thus, the coupling coefficient K01 is maximized when the knob 10 is turned and the coupling window 8 faces the dielectric resonator 3.
