PURPOSE:To improve mass-productivity for a thin hoop alloy by arranging plural melting furnaces in a rotating board and a rotating cooling roll thereunder corresponding to nozzles. CONSTITUTION:Each crucible is arranged at plural positions of A, B, C, etc., respectively, of the rotating board 5 so as to penetrate from the surface to the back face of the board. Each crucible arranges a high frequency induction heating coil 7 around the crucible and the rotating cooling roll 3 is arranged with slight gap right under the rotating board 5. The prescribed crucible is inserted at A position, and raw material is charged into the crucible at B position, is started to melting at C position, melted down at D position and blown by Ar gas on the upper part of the crucible through a gas blowing pipe 1 and injected on the cooling roll 3 by this Ar gas blowing pressure to form the thin hoop alloy at E position. In this way, as the thin hoop alloy is continuously produced together with rotation of the rotating board 5, the mass-productivity is improved.
