PURPOSE:To reduce the axial longitudinal dimension of a speed reduction gear by constituting said gear so that it can transmit input and output in the circum ferential direction thereof on the same axis of the gear. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 3 which is held by a body 1 supports a cylindrical body 6 via bearings 4 and 4' which are eccentrically mounted on the shaft 3. Gears 5 and 5' which are formed around the external periphery of said cylindrical body 6 at the opposed end parts thereof are engaged with gears 2 and 2' mounted fixedly in the body 1 at the opposed ends thereof. A joining part with a rotor 7 supported by the body 1 is formed at the middle part of the cylindrical body 6.
