PURPOSE:To stabilize output voltage by simple constitution by inserting a saturable inductor, to which feedback control is not executed, between a secondary winding for a transformer and a rectifying smoothing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit 2 and a primary winding 5 for a transformer 4 are connected to an input DC power supply 1. A rectifying smoothing circuit 8 is connected to a secondary winding for the transformer 4 through a saturable inductor 7 for stabilizing output voltage. The rectifying smoothing circuit 8 is constituted of diodes 9a, 9b for rectification, a choke coil 10, a capacitor 11 for smoothing and a resistor 12, and an output from the circuit 8 is applied to a load 13.
