PURPOSE:To improve output efficiency, by using permanent magnets for an interior and an exterior as stators, and by forming armatures in the type of a squirrel-cage. CONSTITUTION:On the sane radial lines 1-4 of two different-diameter virtual concentric circles P, Q, the even number of respective permanent magnets 1a-4b are arranged at the same angle intervals. Coaxially at a central point O, a frame unit 10 having a driving rotary shaft 20 and having squirrel-cage sections 11-14 rotating between internal and external permanent magnets is set. On the squirrel-cage sections 11-14 of the frame unit 10, armatures 11c-14c are fitted at the same angle intervals as said angle intervals. When the driving rotary shaft 20 is rotated by a steam turbine or the like, then magnetic fields F1-F4 formed between the external permanent magnets 1a-4a and the internal permanent magnets 1b-4b are generated by the armatures 11c-14c, and electric power can be produced.
