PURPOSE:To ensure good lubrication and prevent scorching by forming and extending approximately in a radial direction a recessed groove on a thrust plate and a part near the thrust plate of a fixed gear to be engaged with the internal gear of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A fixed gear 12 gearing with the internal gear 10a of a rotor 10 is fixed to a front side housing 4 via bolt stopper 12a and a bolt 13. Also, a bearing metal 14 is pressed to the internal surface of the fixed gear 12 and an eccentric shaft 9 is bearing supported on said housing 4 via said gear 12 and metal 14. And oil feed passages 15a and 15b are formed on the housing 4 and the eccentric shaft 9, and oil is fed to the bearing metal 14 through the passages 15a and 15b. In the aforesaid constitution, a plurality of recessed grooves 20 are formed on a part near the rear side of a thrust plate 18 or the boss end 12b of the fixed gear 12 and extended in a radial direction.
