PURPOSE:To provide a paint composition having excellent coating film proper ties such as curability with actinic energy radiation in air, imprint resistance, etc., and containing a ternary addition product obtained by adding a poly isocyanate and a compound having active hydrogen atom and polymerizable double bond to a block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective paint composition having excellent coating film properties such as imprint resistance, stain resistance, weather resistance, etc., in addition to chemical resistance, etc., is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.(wt.) of a composition curable by actinic energy radiation with (B) 0.1- 100pts. of a ternary addition product produced by adding (i) 0.1-200pts. of a polyisocyanate compound and (ii) 0.01-150pts. of a compound having <=1 active hydrogen atom and >=1 polymerizable double bond to (iii) 100pts. of a block copolymer composed of a block of a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer block free from active hydrogen and a block of a copolymer of a (meth)acrylic acid ester having active hydrogen atom and a (meth)acrylic acid ester.
