PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a measuring pipe and to produce a magnetic field with good efficiency by baking magnetic powder of ceramics and ceramic powder in one body and thus forming the measuring pipe. CONSTITUTION:A metallic bottom flange 31 sealed with an O ring 30 is inserted into the lower end of a cylindrical rubber mold 29 and a columnar core 32 made of metal is fixed in the center of the bottom flange 31. Then, ceramics powder 34 is charged in an annular part 33 while tapped up to a specific position of the core 32. Then, magnetic fine particles 35 and 36 of ceramics which form magnetic poles 27 and 28 are placed on the powder 34 opposite each other. Then, powder 34 is charged almost to the center of the core 32. Electrodes 17 and 18 are arranged. Further, powder 34 is charged in the remaining annular part 33 and the upper end of the rubber mold 29 is closed hermetically with a lid flange 38 sealed with an O ring 37. Then, the rubber mold 29, bottom flange 31, and lid flange 38 are removed and then a molding 39 of ceramics is obtained. This is baked to obtain the measuring pipe.
