PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of relay drive by flowing a current to a transistor (TR) even when the relay is inactivated so as to generate a heat loss thereby preventing current leakage due to condensation. CONSTITUTION:The 1st control voltage given to a TR 3 controlling the pass current of the relay 2 and causing the collector current of the TR 3 to be an operating current or over of the relay 2 are generated. Thus, The voltage generating circuit outputs the 2nd control voltage to the TR and the TR 2 flows a current smaller than the operating current to the relay 2 to dry the peripheral of the TR. Further, the voltage generating circuit outputs the 1st control voltage to the TR 3, the TR flows the current over its operating current or over to drive the relay.
