PURPOSE:To load an impact force of a fluid of various waveforms to a specimen by extending and providing a film body on a surface which abuts on the specimen of a force applying cylindrical body, and providing a compressed air supply and discharge means on this force applying cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a force applying cylindrical body 2 is made to ascend, and a specimen 7 which is cut to a suitable size is installed onto a specimen fixing plate 1, and the force applying cylindrical body 2 is made to descend and made to contact closely. On the other hand, compressed air is stored to a prescribed pressure in a compressed air container 4 by a compressor 5. In such a state, a leading-in valve 8 and an exhaust valve 9 are opened and closed, and an impact pressure is loaded to the specimen 7 through a film body 10 of the force applying cylindrical body 2. Such an impact pressure waveform can be changed by controlling the opening and closing time of both the valves 8, 9. To each part of this specimen 7, a displacement gauge, a load cell, etc. are attached, and an influence by the impact force of the specimen can be measured.
