The invention relates to a textile fabric impregnated with an antimicrobial and/or cleaning active ingredient preparation. The carrier has a dry weight of 8 to 40g and comprises a bicomponent fibre fleece comprising a polyolefin, wherein the carrier has a substantially rectangular form with two short and two long sides, and wherein in the region of the two short sides there are means respectively for securing the carrier material to a holder. Furthermore, the invention relates to a kit consisting of a carrier based on a bicomponent fibre fleece comprising polyolefin and an active ingredient preparation for producing such a fabric. In addition, the invention relates to a method for the disinfection and/or cleaning of inanimate surfaces with the impregnated textile fabric.
