PURPOSE:To easily diagnose an IC circuit by forming an IC which has the same functions with an IC mounted on the IC circuit to be diagnosed and a means which displays the operation state unitedly and mounting the IC as a substitute for the IC mounted on the circuit to be diagnosed. CONSTITUTION:The IC 113 is attachable to and detachable from the IC mounting means 111 of the IC circuit to be diagnosed and an IC circuit diagnosing device is mounted instead of this IC 113. The IC 117 is supplied with electric power in the same state with the IC 113 mounted on the IC circuit and performs input/output operation, and the operation state of the IC 117 is viewed through a display means 119. Thus, the IC 117 which has the same functions with the IC 113 is formed unitedly attachably and detachably, so the size is reduced and a diagnose is easily taken in the same state as the mounting state of the IC 113.
