PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit the magnetic field generated in a primary coil to a secondary coil by a method wherein the pattern on the primary coil and the secondaly coil are constituted at the different positions in a sheet direction, and a cavity is formed between the outer edge parts of the coils. CONSTITUTION:The patterns of primary and secondary coils are arranged in such a manner that their positions are different in the direction of the sheet constituting a laminated body, and the coils are connected to a layer or a plurality of layers using the interlayer connecting means such as a through hole and the like so as to obtain the desired number of turns. A cavity 3 is formed at the position in close vicinity to the outer edge part of the two coils. Said cavity can be obtained by the gasification by burning and vanishment of the carbon paste and the like, which is printed in advance, in the sintering process of magnetic material. Also, not only a coil forming layer but also a magnetic layer 4 having no coil pattern and a cavity is formed on the upper and the lower sides of the laminated body. Consequently, as the magnetic field generated on the primary coil passes the upper and lower magnetic layers 4 more easily than the cavity, the degree of coupling of the primary coil and the secondary coil can be increased.
