PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition excellent in heat resistance and toughness and useful for heating devices and electronic components, by mixing a crystalline polyester resin with a phenolic antioxidant and phosphorus- containing and/or sulfur-containing antioxidants. CONSTITUTION:An antioxidant mixture is obtained by mixing a phenolic antioxidant which is a hindered phenolic compound (a) having a bulky group in a position ortho to the -OH group of a phenolic compound to hide the quality of the phenolic -OH group and preferably has a high MW and a low vapor pressure with a phosphorus-containing antioxidant (e.g., dioctadecylpentaerythrityl diphosphite) and/or a sulfur-containing antioxidant (e.g., dioctadecyl 3, 3'-thiodipropionate) at an (a) to (b) ratio of 1-10/10-1. 100pts.wt. mixture (A) of a crystalline polyester (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate) and, optionally, 1-20wt% polyolefin is mixed with 0.01-5pts.wt. component B.
