PURPOSE:To read directly a figure of a meter of an instrument of a terminal demmand sequentially from a central metering collection center by using a specially selected signal prior to an incoming call to a receiver to switch the circuit to the position of the instrument. CONSTITUTION:A demmand card recording a demmand telphone nunber and other information is filed in a memory of a tele-talker system III of a minicomputer l, the telephone number of the demmand is dialed by using an automatic dial function possessed by the tele-talker to form the circuit up to an objective demmand telephone set. Then a code number stored in the memory of the tele-talker is sent to form the circuit of demmand. Since a measured value is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 6 and given to an instrument 7, the circuit reads the measured value in a digital signal and stores the signal in the demmand card of the memory. Thus, the recorded demmand measuring metering figure is typed out by a printer 2 and the measured metering quantity of each demmand is listed up.
