PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing and to improve an output waveform by sticking plural vibrators to a flexible film becoming a suface matching layer at even intervals so as to form a holding film, fixing the holding film on the curve surface of a damping material, and disposing vibrators between the curve surface and the flexible film at even intervals. CONSTITUTION:The flexible film 1 becoming the surface matching layer is selected from a plastic film, a rubber sheet, a metalic film or the like to give to the material to the acoustic impedance approximate to that of a peripheral medium. The thickness of the film 1 is 1/4 the wavelength of a ultransonic wave. Vibrators 2 of piezoelectric elements made of lead titanote zirconate, etc., adhere to one side of the flexible film 1 in a straight line at prescribed intervals, and the holding film 3 holding plural vibrators 2 is composed. The vibrators 2 are fixed back side out on the peripheral surface 6 of a cyrindrical back damping material 5. Thus, the flexibility of the film can simply dispose the vibrators on the curve surface, and the film is prescriptively thinned, whereby a fine output can be obtained.
