PURPOSE:To read error correctable effective data information from a disqueue buffer by excluding a track filling up the disqueue buffer from a disqueue buffer read logic as a dead track. CONSTITUTION:When a disqueue buffer 11 is filled up with M-byte data, a disqueue buffer data read logic circuit 9 checks data type number signals 251-259 from disqueue buffer data byte counters 31-39. If the number of data bytes in a disqueue buffer of another track is smaller than M-N, the track is determined as a dead track by a data full track dead signal 13 of a track 31 and a dead track circuit 12. Pertinent disqueue buffer data full signal 171 and disqueue buffer data-in signal 181 are stopped by gates 21 and 41, and information of the track determined as the dead track is excluded from the disqueue buffer data read logic circuit 9.
