The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing fuel chips using livestock excrement which uses a hopper for inputting livestock excrement; a screw for transferring the livestock excrement; a compression cylinder for compressing the livestock excrement; and a compression board cylinder for discharging fuel chips.
