PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of circulating conditions due to the increase at the level of a liq. by providing a straightening plate for preventing the short-circuit of the contained liq. heated at a heating part before the liq. reaches the vicinity of the liq. surface. CONSTITUTION:The straightening plate 17 which moves up and down in accordance with the change of the level of the liq. is provided in the vicinity of the interface between the ascending path A and the descending path B formed by the circulation of the contained liq. Consequently, even when the contained liq. ascending along the ascending path A tends to short-circuit to the descending path B side from the midway of the ascending path A, the short-circuit is prevented by the straightening plate 17. Besides, since the straightening plate 17 moves up and down in accordance with the change of the level of the liq., the short-circuit is prevented, even when the liq. level is increased in the later half of crystal growth. Accordingly, the ascending contained liq. surely reaches the vicinity of the liq. surface and then deflects into the descending path B in the crystallization stage. Consequently, the deterioration of the circulating conditions due to the increase at the level of the contained liq. can be prevented.
