PURPOSE: To transfer picture information on a terminal to other terminal during the data base access with only one data call and to display simultaneously the same picture information at plural terminals by connecting plural terminals at one edge of a data call. CONSTITUTION:A terminal control device (TCTL)1 has an input output control part (IOC) and a signal control part (SC) corresponding to respective terminals. When the multiple connecting request information S1 with a terminal T3 from a terminal T1 is given through an IOC111 to an SC121, the SC121 sends a connecting request signal S2 to an SC323. The SC323 returns a connecting request signal S3 including the information to be able or unable to connect a terminal T3 to a terminal T3 and sends a connecting instructing signal S5 when connection can be executed. On the other hand, when the connectable information is included, the SC121 sends a connecting notice signal S4 to the IOC111, and the IOC111 transfers output data OD sent from a DSW 2 to terminals T1 and T3 thereafter. The IOC111 does not classify input data ID1 from the terminal T1 and input data ID3 sent from the IOC313 and sends them to the DSW 2.
