PURPOSE:To prevent nonuniform deformation by engaging the inside face of an outer seal housing with the side of a seal ring via an O-ring on said outer seal housing side and opposing the side of an inner seal housing to the projection of said seal ring via a gap. CONSTITUTION:An O-ring 20 is installed on the inside face opposite to a seal ring 16 of an outer seal housing 12, and the side of the seal ring 16 is brought into contact with the O-ring 20. Projections 22 are evenly provided on the outer peripheral part of the seal ring 16, and are opposed to the side of an inner seal housing 14 while leaving a gap. Thereby, the contact of metals between the seal ring and the outer seal housing can be prevented due to the O-ring, preventing nonuniform deformation of the seal ring.
