发明名称 SINTERING METHOD FOR POWDER METALLIC SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a sintered alloy layer having excellent wear resistance on the surface of a base material by compounding short fibers of carbon at a specific ratio with a raw material to prepare an alloy powder sheet and sintering the sheet after compression molding. CONSTITUTION:The short fibers 3 of carbon are added at 1-5wt% to the mixture composed of wear-resistant eutectic alloy powder 1 and pulverized particles 2. Such powder mixture and acrylic synthetic resin binder are kneaded and the mixture is molded to a sheet by a roll, etc. The sheet is compressively molded so that the short carbon fibers exist by entangling each other. The sheet sheet is adhered to the surface of the metallic base material and is presintered. The foam generated by the thermal decomposition of the binder escapes easily to the outside of the sheet. The generation of blisters and blowholes is, therefore, obviated. The sheet is then subjected to treatments such as sintering, hardening, and tempering. The sintered alloy layer having the excellent wear resistance is formed on the surface of the base material by the above-mentioned method.
