摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify control for improving and maintaining accuracy of a plastic matrix film or a phosphor film made to be formed inside a panel by arranging a plural number of light receiving elements around a light source center when measuring a quantity of light emitting from the light source with the light receiving elements so as to monitor and control the process of measurement. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of light receiving elements are arranged above a correction lens 3 and a dimming filter 4 and centering about a superhigh pressure mercury lamp 2 while the illuminance at the point, where the light emitted from the superhigh pressure mercury lamp 2 and passing through the correction lens 3 and the dimming filter 4, is measured at a plural number of points and illuminance at every moment and at each point is inputted into a high quantity gauge 66. The light quantity gauge 66 caluculates illuminanceat every moment in comparaison with the illuminance at the initial lighting taken as 100 and when dispersion among the respective points exceeds a set limit, an emerqency alarm is given to display the point of emerqency and siqn(+ or -) of its abnormal direction. In the case of normal state, the average value of illuminance of the respective points is integrated and a shutter 10 is open-operated until an exposure light quantity becomes constant.
