PURPOSE:To make it possible to make identical the phases of output signals from operating points at an output-side electrode, by disposing feeding electrodes and the output-side electrode so that the total of a distance from each feeding electrode to each operating point and a distance from each operating point to the output-side electrode is definite in a transistor. CONSTITUTION:Feeding electrodes and an output-side electrode are disposed so that the total of a distance from each feeding electrode to an operating point and a running distance of electrons from the operating point to the output- side electrode is definite in a transistor. For instance, an output-side electrode 5 is positioned in the middle of feeding electrodes 4 with an operating region located between, and the total of a distance from each feeding electrode to each operating point and a distance from the operating point to the output-side electrode, such as a distance between points a1 and b1 + a distance between b1 and c, a distance between a1 and b2 + a distance between b2 and c, a distance between a2 and b3 + a distance between b3 and c, is definite. This constitution makes it possible to make identical the phases of output signals from the operating points at the output-side electrode, thus enabling the efficient composition of outputs from the operating points.
