PURPOSE:To enable a seat belt to be automatically installed by having a drive motor driven automatically so as to rotate a rotating stem horizontally when a door at a driver's seat is closed whereby extracting the seat belt connected with the tip end of said stem for installing it on a crew. CONSTITUTION:When a driver gets on a car followed by door closing, an automatic switch outfitted on the door is turned on for driving a reduction motor 8. This causes a crank 7 to be revolved whereby a rotating stem 5 connected with the crank 7 is rotated around a rotating shaft 4, thereby moving a seat belt 3 connected to the tip end of the rotating stem 5 to a position which crosses obliquely the chest of a crew for holding the crew by the seat belt 3. And in this state, the rotating stem 5 is inserted into a hanging stand 10 at its supporting plate 6 outfitted on its tip end whereby a hanging shaft on the hanging stand 10 is coupled with a hanging hole provided to the tip end of the supporting plate 6 so as to be firmly held.
