PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection between communication networks having different numbering systems by obtaining sender identification corresponding to a dial number from registered information and transferring a call when a sender subscriber makes dialing. CONSTITUTION:When a sender subscriber A dials an access number AN1 of a relay communication network NW1 and a telephone number DNB of an incoming subscriber B, a subscriber exchange 1 accommodating the subscriber A identifies the access number AN1 from the dial number to decide the relay communication network NW1 and obtains a sender translation word ORTLR from an accommodated location LEN of the sender subscriber A. Then the number AN stored in a DNORID is extracted and the extracted ORID1 is sent to the relay communication network NW1. The relay network communication network NW1 identifies whether the sent ORID1 is a contracted subscriber or not and connects it to an incoming subscriber B when the subscriber A is the contracted subscriber. Thus, the relay communication network provides unique sender subscriber identification information independently of the sender subscriber identification information of a terminal communication network.
