PURPOSE:To permit the high-accuracy immune measurement equiv. to a radio immunoassay method while utilizing the scattering measurement of laser light by settling suspended matter disposed in liquid and separating a reactive magnetic labeling body by magnetic force from the precipitate. CONSTITUTION:This immune measurement method by using a laser includes a stage for projecting the laser light to the liquid and measuring the scattered or transmitted quantity of the laser light by the reactive magnetic labeling body. The suspended matter dispersed in the liquid after said stage in said method is settled and the reaction magnetic labeling body is separated from the precipitate by the magnetic force. More specifically, the entire suspended matter 13 including the specimen is once settled by subjecting the liquid dispersed with the specimen to a centrifugal separator, etc.; thereafter, only the specimen in the same liquid is guided by the magnetic force to the detection region of the scattered light. Only the change of the scattered light or transmitted light synchronized with an AC magnetic field is selectively measured while; for example, the magnetic labeling body 12 is oscillated in the AC magnetic field at the time of the scattering measurement of the laser light. The influence of disturbance and background is thereby easily eliminated.
