PURPOSE:To easily synchronize an original and a recording sheet and to attain a thin profile, miniaturization and low cost by using one and same carrier member to carry the original and the recording sheet thereby simplifying the carrier mechanism. CONSTITUTION:An optical read means 2 and a write means 4 are arranged oppositely while clipping a carrier roller 6 and the original 1 and the recording sheet 3 are carried by one and same carrier roller 6. Since the original 1 and the recorded sheet 3 are held along the carrier roller 6, an auxiliary roller 7 and a guide 8 are provided. An original picture is read by using a read means 2 while carrying the original 1, the recording sheet 3 is carried synchronously with the carried original 1 and a write means 4 writes the original picture on the recording sheet 3.
