NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R is H or group of formula II (R<3> is H, OH, lower alkyl, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyloxy, etc.; R<4> is H or lower alkyl; R<5> is lower alkyl having OH or phenyl as a substituent group; l and m are 0-6; l+m<=6; r is 2 or 3); X is halogen; n is 0-2; R<1> is H, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl or phenylalkyl; R<2> is H, alkyl, phenyl or group of formula II; dotted line represents single or double bond] and its acid addition salt. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced e.g. by reacting the compound of formula III with the compound of formula IV at 60-120 deg.C for several - 24hr.
