PURPOSE:To obtain a wheat-gluten candy having excellent appearance and stable quality, by pouring a nearly transparent wheat gluten into a part of a forming mold with a 1st pouring device, putting a decoration on the gluten and further pouring a wheat gluten with a 2nd pouring device, thereby sealing the decoration in the gluten. CONSTITUTION:When a moving mold 1 is positioned just below the 1st pouring device 2, a nearly transparent wheat gluten 4 is poured into a part of the forming mold 1 with the 1st pouring device. A decoration 6 is put on the gluten 4 by an applicator 5 and wheat gluten 4 is again poured into the mold 1 with a 2nd pouring device 3 to position the decoration 6 in the wheat gluten 4 keeping the decoration 6 from the exposure to the surface of the objective wheat- gluten candy. The decoration 6 is preferably positioned nearly at the center of the wheat-gluten candy.
