摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate illumination window production processes according to a highly accurate pattering, to reduce insulation shading layer production processes, and to reduce a production cost by providing an optical path changing member in a photoelectric transducer protecting member disposed on the upper surface of the photoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:A luminous flux 15 formed by a solid-state light emitting element 10 is made incident on a beam splitter part 12 as the optical path changing member from the direction A in the drawing. This beam splitter part 12 is formed by cutting a transparent glass cover 2 at an angle of 45 deg. with respect to the luminous flux 15 and the photoelectric transducer 3. About 50 % of the light incident from the direction A is reflected to a B direction by a semipermeable semi-reflective film 13 formed in the beam splitter part 12 and radiated on an original 1 immediately below the photoelectric transducer 3. The reflected light 8 including picture information according to the original 1 is made incident on the beam splitter part 12 again from the B direction. About 50 % of the reflected light 8 according to the original is similarly reflected to the A direction, residual 50 % straightly advances to a D direction, is made incident on the photoelectric transducer 3 and converted to an electrical signal.
