PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin composition and the title intermediate material excellent in heat resistance, water resistance, mechanical properties and low-temperature moldability, by using a specified addition-curable polyquinoxaline oligomer as a component. CONSTITUTION:Addition-curable polyquinoxaline oligomers of formulas I or/and II (wherein n is 0-10, R1 is nil, CH2, O, CO, SO2, S, formula III, IV or V, Ar1 is formula VI, VII or VIII and Y1 is H or CH3). The oligomer of formula I can be obtained by condensing a tetramine monomer with a bisglyoxalyl monomer in cresol and adding a diamine terminator to the system to complete the condensation reaction. The oligomer of formula II can be synthesized in the same manner except that a glyoxalyl terminator is used.
