PURPOSE:To safely haul a connected bogie at the time of moving said bogie in either direction of advancing or backing by enabling the rotatably mounting part of a tow rod to be fixed to said bogie as necessary. CONSTITUTION:Tow-rod rotatably mounting parts 16a, 16b and tow-rod fixing parts 17a, 17b are provided on the center parts of both front and rear ends of a conveying bogie 1. A cover plate 19 is provided on bogie frames 1a, 1b and a space 20 for inserting a tow rod 18 is formed in between the cover plate 19 and the bogie frames 1a, 1b. A rotatably mounting pin hole 21 and a fixing pin hole 22 which is positioned at a defined distance inward from the rotatably mounting in hole 21 are provided on each of both front and rear end parts of the tow rod 18. By inserting a pin 24 into pin holes 23a, 23b for rotatably mounting the tow rod 18, the tow rod 18 can be swingably mounted, and by inserting a fixing pin 26 into pin holes 25a, 25b for fixing the tow rod 18, a vehicle connecting rod can be fixed to the bogie.
