PURPOSE:To enable measurement of temperature of the human body surface for a long time, by storing temperature data generated by a temperature detecting means sequentially to transmit the temperature data outside according to a reading demand signal from outside. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensing resistance of a thermistor 5 is detected with an A/D converting section 43 and a temperature data proportional to the detection temperature is obtained from a counter circuit 431 to be written into a RAM 44. The reading of the temperature data is performed with a cable connection to a connector 2. When a lead gate signal RG from outside is turned to a LOW level, the reading mode is entered for the RAM 44 to feed a temperature data read out to an external equipment.
