PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility that the voice contents with cause an unnecessary confusion, or whose leakage to the outside is not desired are leaked to the outside, by providing a means for selecting automatically a broadcast area in accordance with the contents of a generated event, and broadcasting the generation of said even to only the obtained area. CONSTITUTION:When each output terminal corresponding to broadcast areas A-D is connected to the respective relays, its output is amplified by an amplifier 3 corresponding to broadcast area signals of A-D, respectively, becomes a voice by a loudspeaker 4 installed in a selected broadcast area, and uttered. In such a way, a broadcast can be executed by limiting the broadcast area, in accordance with the contents of a generated event.
