PURPOSE:To miniaturize a condenser as a result of effectively absorbing and condensing the working fluid gas constituent by an absorbing medium by providing a heat exchanger to cool the fluid separated by a gas-fluid separator by means of a low temperature heat source. CONSTITUTION:After the heat of the working fluid 21 at the exit of a turbine 1 is recovered with an exhaust heat reclaimer 2, the working fluid 21 is effectively absorbed and condensed through a condenser 3 into a low concentrated aqueous ammonia which is an absorbing medium sufficiently cooled in advance through a heat exchanger 6. The absorbing medium condensed by the condenser 3 is pressurized with a pump 4 and its temperature is raised with the exhaust heat reclaimer 2 to become a mixture of gas and fluid. The mixture of gas and fluid runs into a gas-fluid separator 5 where it is separated into a fluid phase, implying the absorbing medium 22, and a gaseous phase. The high concentrated ammonia vapor, which is in the gaseous phase, is mixed with some of the condensed fluid at the exit of the condenser 3 to make the working fluid 21. This working fluid 21 is cooled and condensed through the condenser 7 and recirculated by a fluid supplying pump 8.
