PURPOSE:To use the abbreviated number of a telephone number registered by its own telephone set for other telephone sets as well except its own telephone set by using a storage card medium storing the specific code of its own telephone set. CONSTITUTION:In loading the storage card medium 1 to other telephone set Tc, the specific code 12 stored in the storage card medium 1 is sent to its own telephone station A. The station A makes an abbreviated number 13 and a normal number 14 as to the specific code 12 of its own telephone set Ta in the readout enable state. When other telephone set Tc gives the abbreviation number 13 registered by its own telephone set Ta succeedingly, the station A reads the normal number 14 corresponding to the abbreviation number 13 and connects the path between the opposite telephone set Tb of the normal number 14 and the other telephone set Tc via an opposed telephone station B.
