PURPOSE:To reduce the number of lines to be drawn from a solid image pickup element by providing an endoscope tip part with a separating means for separating an output from a superposing circuit means. CONSTITUTION:An image signal is amplified by an amplifier circuit 36 and inputted to the superposing circuit 37. The circuit 37 superposes the image signal amplified by the circuit 36 to a line 45 to which a voltage VDD to be supplied to the circuit 36 is impressed. The image signal is inputted to a separating circuit 16 formed in the endoscope tip part 12 through the line 45 to be used for power supply and the transmission of the image signal in common. The circuit 16 separates the image signal Vout from the voltage VDD and transmits the separated signal to a video processor 20 through a line 16. Thereby, the line 45 is separated into a voltage course and an image signal course 47 in the separating circuit 16. Thus, the number of lines drawn from the solid image pickup element 13 can be reduced by forming the superposing circuit 37 in the element 13 and superposing the image signal to the feed line.
