PURPOSE:To improve the quality by spraying a molten metal on a steel strip surface being to be the inside surface of a tube by use of a prescribed temp. inert gas jet flow to form a coating film on the strip surface and then performing the surface treatment of the film before tube forming. CONSTITUTION:In an inert gas atmosphere for which a chamber 2 of a coating device is filled with N2 gas, a molten metal 4 is atomized with a comparatively low temp. CO2 gas jet flow 5 and is adhered onto a strip surface being to be the inside surface by tubular forming. Then, the strip is lightly rolled or grinded. By that method, the inside surface film having excellent quality is formed.
