发明名称 POSITION FOLLOW-UP SERVO DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid the damages caused by the contacts between a work and a cutter by moving the cutter with a delay equal to the position deviation value even though a position command is stopped at an instant when a contact is caused between the cutter and the work and therefore varying automatically the amplification factor of a position loop in response to the position deviation signal in case a positioning task is performed with a contact between the work and the cutter of the machine tool, etc. CONSTITUTION:The position of an object to be controlled is detected by a position detector 6 of a position follow-up servo device and the moving speed of the object to be controlled is detected a speed detector 7. A position deviation counter 1 produces the deviation between the position detecting signal received from the detector 6 and a position shift command signal. Then a position loop amplifier 3 converts the position deviation signal produced by the counter 1 via a position deviation deciding circuit 8, switch elements 9 and 10 and resistors 11-13 into a selection command. The amplifier 3 switches the amplification factors in accordance with said position deviation signal. An output signal 54 of the amplifier 3 and a speed detecting signal 55 of an actuator 5 are applied to a driving device 4 for actuator as a differential amplifier and then delivers as a speed command signal.
