PURPOSE:To make a circuit into a constant current circuit, by applying a prescribed bias on a prescribed terminal by using a PNPN semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:The constant current circuit is constituted by using the anode A, the cathode K, and the cathode gate KG of the PNPN semiconductor device. The circuit is formed by connecting a bias power source E1, an impedance element Z2, and a bias power source E2 between the cathode K and the anode A, and connecting the bias power source E1 and an impedance element Z1 between the cathode K and the cathode gate KG. In such a way, firstly, a current flows on a closed loop of the E1 Z1 P2 N2 E1, and also, the current flows on the closed loop of the E1 Z1 P2 N1 P2 N2 E1. Furthermore, a P2N1P1 transistor is operated by the current, and the constant current circuit in which the Z1 is set as a current feedback impedance is constituted. And a constant current regulated by the E1 and the Z1 can be permitted to flow on the closed loop of the E2 Z2 Z1 P2 N1 P1 E2.
