发明名称 DEVELOPING METHOD FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE
摘要 PURPOSE:To accelerate crystallization of amorphous selenium and to obviate deterioration in characteristics such as electrostatic charge quantity by supplying a lubricant to improve the cleanability of a photosensitive body to an initial developer and toner for replenishment and using specific fine particles consisting of fatty acid, fatty acid ester or the oligomer thereof and polyolefin as the lubricant. CONSTITUTION:The lubricant to improve the cleanability of the photosensitive body is supplied to the initial developer and the toner for replenishment. The fine particles consisting of the fatty acid, fatty acid ester or the oligomer thereof having 100-5,000mol.wt. and polyolefin having 1,000-1,000,000mol.wt. and having 50-150 deg.C softening point are used as the lubricant. Thee fie particles consisting of the fatty acid, fatty acid ester or the oligomer thereof used as the lubricant have the negative electrostatic charge with respect to a carrier and, therefore, the unstable electrostatic chargeability of the developer (toner) is prevented and the image quantity is eventually stabilized. This lubricant crystallizes the amorphous selenium like zinc stearate and does not deteriorate the characteristics of the photosensitive body.
