PURPOSE:To enable the issuance of a slip of metering data at a place of operation, by making it possible to meter a prescribed quantity of fuel in a tank at a distant place, to take out same therefrom, to know a metered value thereof at the place of operation and to subject it to a processing for the slip. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-supplying nozzle 9 is made to communicate, through a flowmeter 7, with a pump 4 which transfers a liquid in a tank 3 mounted on a rear body 2 of an automobile 1, and the liquid metered is transferred therethrough. Moreover, a pulse signal generator 11 generating a pulse as a liquid supply signal for every unit flow rate is provided continuously to the flow meter 7, and this pulse signal is counted and calculated. The data thus obtained are transmitted 16 as the same liquid-supply data repeatedly a plurality of times in the form of frequency-modulation signals. These signals are demodulated by a portable receiver 20, and a data signal showing the most frequent coincidence among signals is selected and displayed 42, while it is printed by a printer 43.
