PURPOSE:To absorb errors in manufacture of components and dispersion in hydraulic pressure during operation by threadedly fixing an adjusting plug to a housing so that the adjusting plug faces one end surface of a plunger whose opposite end surface is urged by a compression spring. CONSTITUTION:A load sensing valve 21 is composed of a proportioning valve 22 and a deceleration sensitive valve 23 in combination. Further, the valve 22 comprises a plunger 26 disposed in a small diameter hole 25a in a housing 25, a poppet valve 27 disposed in the plunger 26 and a compression spring 30 urging the plunger 26 and disposed in a large diameter hole 25a. In this arrangement, an adjusting plug 31 is attached to the housing 25 by a fastening nut 31' so that the plug 31 faces one end surface 26d of the plunger 26 whose the other end surface 25c is urged by the compression spring 30. Further, the adjusting plug 31 is adjusted to expand and contract the spring 30 to absorb several kinds of dispersion.
